3 year 36,000 mile warrenty on new street stock engines broke in or dynoed by BHP.
	This warrents that the new engine is free from defect in materials and workmanship while assembly. If ever you feel you have received a defective part or engine from BHP you MUST send it back to BHP to be inspected. We will then disassemble the engine or part and determine what happened to it. This does not mean that BHP will warrent any part. If the engine has been overheated, overreved, run out of oil, over detonated to death we will know and the warrenty is void. If it has been disassembled by someone else warrenty is void. If this engine is used for something other than its intended sold for use the warrenty is void.
	If we feel the part has failed because of BHP we will credit, replace or repair ONLY! No refunds!! It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the parts carefully before use.
	Racing engines or engines used for anything other than street have 1 year warrenty. This excludes nitrous, supercharged or turbocharged engines.
	At BHPs discretion we will decide how the make it right with the customer if BHP is at fault. BHP will not in any way reimburse for any shipping charges. You must insure your package!
	We will not express the legality of any part for emissions or street for any state. That is in your hands to know your local and state laws. Customer will pay all shipping to and from BHP!
	All this being said BHP is a God fearing company and realizes that we will have to answer for our actions on judgement day. We also believe that we should treat others as we want to be
	treated. So there are exceptions to all cases. We will do what seems fair at our discretion only. Every engine and part is different and no one warrenty could be fair to all.
	So again it is at BHP discretion! Parts as is no refunds!
	Credit repair or replace only on all warrenties!
